From this photograph we see the Eastern lands bow before the mighty City Hall. In the foreground we see five of Buffalo’s tallest buildings including (from left to right): 10 Lafayette Square (coming in at #13), the Liberty Building (#5),  One M&T Plaza (#6), Main Place Tower (#4), and the Edward A. Rath County Office Building (#22).
